Certified Personal Trainers are available to design and instruct an exercise program to suit your individual goals and needs. Each session is one hour. Sessions are good for 6 months after purchase and are not refundable. Membership required. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.

Groups of 3-6 people are formed with the trainer of your choice. The trainer customizes a workout program designed to fit the group’s needs. This is a great way to have affordable training, get results, and meet new people! The groups meet twice a week for three weeks.

Personal Trainer Bio:
I believe in well-structured, thought out programing in my training. Everything is goal oriented and I work towards reaching that goal every workout. Programing changes and adapts as your body adapts to it. Programs will utilize all modalities of training from body weight to resistance training techniques. Cardio programming, core stability, flexibility and mobility sessions, and recovery strategies to refresh the body and mind after each training session are also a large part of my training.

Training philosophy: In order to avoid injuries during sports or any other daily activities, it’s essential to stay fit, work out regularly, eat healthy and get enough sleep. One of the main reasons I’ve decided to become a personal trainer is to help others be well prepared and strong to avoid unnecessary injuries while playing the sports they love. Even in every day activities it is important to be fit and healthy to avoid getting hurt.

Training Philosophy: Joy has been in the fitness field for over 25 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Alexander technique teacher. Currently teaching MELT and MELT Strength – new techniques using soft foam rollers and ball to rehydrate connective tissue in order to get rid of stuck stress and pain, improve posture, balance and athletic performance.
