Getting Started
As soon as you join the Y, we'll take your photo and issue you a Membership Card. Each time you visit the Y, we ask that you scan your membership card. If you are headed to the locker room and don't have your own lock, you may borrow a lock at the Member Service Desk in exchange for your Membership Card. Swim caps and other apparel can be purchased at the front desk.

Programs/Classes
We issue a Fall program guide in July covering two sessions through January. Our Spring Program guide is usually available in mid-December and covers two sessions through June. Summer camp is the main summer activity at the Rye Y, but we also offer aquatics programs and a childrens' concert series. Pool
Pool schedules with lap swim times and aqua class times are available at the Member Services Desk or here on our website. Are you a non swimmer ready to take the next step? We have a program for you! Visit the aquatics section of the website for details on all the swim programs we offer.

Fitness Center
New members are encouraged to sign up for a Fitness Center orientation. Our staff will introduce you to the equipment and help you design the best fitness routine for your fitness level and lifestyle. We also offer an individualized First Steps program for members who are new to exercise (or who have taken a very long break from exercise) to get started in improving their health through fitness. Group Exercise Classes
Daily free group exercise classes are included with your membership. We offer aqua exercise, spinning, pilates, yoga, Zumba!, cardiosculpt and much more. Please visit the group exercise section of our website for details. We've also offer Group Activeâ„¢ exercise classes for the new or infrequent exerciser.
