Members 12 & up – Co-Ed
Certified Personal Trainers are available to design and instruct an exercise program to suit your individual goals and needs. Each session is one hour. Sessions are good for 6 months after purchase and are not refundable. Membership required. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.

Groups of 3-6 people are formed with the trainer of your choice. The trainer customizes a workout program designed to fit the group’s needs. This is a great way to have affordable training, get results, and meet new people! The groups meet twice a week for three weeks.

Any form of exercise can be as challenging as you choose to make it. Switch things up or try a new sport/activity when boredom sets in. There is something for everyone!

Training Philosophy: Joy has been in the fitness field for over 25 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Alexander technique teacher. Currently teaching MELT and MELT Strength – new techniques using soft foam rollers and ball to rehydrate connective tissue in order to get rid of stuck stress and pain, improve posture, balance and athletic performance.
Hobbies: Any physical activity! Ice Hockey, working out, traveling and hanging with my family.

I focus on improving posture, core stabilization, core strength and designing efficient workout programs. My goal is to help you prevent injuries and live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
