HEALTHY LIFESTYLES PROGRAM
Ages 21 and up Want the benefits of a healthier lifestyle? You can make it happen! The YMCA Healthy Lifestyles Program is a 10-month, scientifically-tested program the YMCA has developed in collaboration with the Stanford Prevention Research Center. Its methods are proven effective in facilitating life-long behavior change related to health, physical activity and nutrition. In a group setting, you will be inspired to change your own behaviors as you work with others who have common experiences, goals and struggles. Groups provide accountability and a powerful incentive to affect change.Throughout your journey, you will receive positive reinforcement, gain self-acceptance and increase your confidence. NUTRITION AND FITNESS PACKAGES
For those members 18+ who want to experience real change, these nutrition counseling-combined-with fitness coaching options are offered:

Option 1 is a 12 week nutrition program only & includes: •Individualized nutrition analysis •Realistic goal setting •Scientific tracking of progress •11 one-on-one follow up sessions with Nutrition Specialist •Exercise orientation OR restructuring of current program
This option is appropriate for those new to exercise or those with an already established workout regimen.

Option 2 is a nutrition program with 18 personal training sessions & includes: •First 4 features of Option 1 •Twice weekly 45 minute personal training session for the first 6 weeks •1 session weekly for the last 6 weeks This option is appropriate for those seeking maximum results in the time allotted. Particularly good for those seeking to build muscle mass or with a large % of body fat to lose. Please view our program guide for fees and registration information.
