Teen Community Service
R.Y.E. (Rye’s Youth Engaged-Grades 6-12) RYE is a program where teens can get involved by volunteering in various service projects including many YMCA events, without the commitment of attending meetings and applying for leaders club positions. RYE is the place for teens looking to fulfill volunteer hours for graduation and beyond. RYE members will be informed of upcoming volunteer opportunities throughout the school year.
Y BUCK$ (Grades 6-12) Y Buck$ is a program where teens are rewarded for volunteer service in any YMCA program, event or club such as Healthy Kids Day, Rye Derby and Teen Leaders meetings/events. Y Buck$ are redeemable to use for items such as: teen program fees, Leaders Club Rallies, teen club merchandise and Teen Travel Adventures during the school year. Y Buck$ are valid during the school year and cannot be carried over to the following school year or be used for summer camp programs.
