Roadmap (on Land or Water)
So you have goals, but you do not know how to reach them…The Roadmap will help. During one 90-minute session, a certified trainer or certified swim coach will discuss and help you create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Specific) goals. You will be provided with a month-long workout program exclusively devoted to your goals and fitness levels.
Group Active Exercise Classes
Activate your Life in only one hour! Group Active classes are designed for people who want to get fit but are not currently regular exercisers. Incorporating all elements of fitness, the Group Active program combines strength, cardio and flexibility into one class.This program has been in development for over a year with extensive testing to ensure participants are successful.
